The Console is where we focus energy on the cross-organizational elements, the things that do not belong to any one department:
- Governance frameworks: the NCUA, SEC, and BSA requirements woven through the whole org.
- Strategy and initiatives: goals tied down through the stack so everyone stays aligned.
- Shared substrate: the Knowledge Fabric, productivity tooling, and the surfaces teams actually work in.
The Console is the surface, not a specific technology: chat, email, a purpose-built screen, whatever matches how a team actually wants to work.
