In the Your Cloud model, the platform runs inside the credit union's own cloud tenancy while Runline still operates the software. It is the middle path: more data-residency control than managed, without the full operational burden of self-hosting.
What runs where
The split is configurable. The data-heavy layers, the Knowledge Fabric, the warehouses, the Runner runtime, can live in the CU's cloud account so member data never leaves its tenancy, while Runline continues to operate, update, and support the software. Identity, DNS, and the vault stay Runline-centralized, so the control plane and the ability to revoke are never fragmented.
Data residency and isolation
For institutions with strict residency requirements, this keeps data inside their own cloud boundary and compliance perimeter while still getting a fully operated platform. The tenant isolation guarantees hold the same way they do in managed: one credit union's data, members, and Runners are isolated by construction.
