What Runline runs, what you control
Runline operates the software, the Grid, the Runner fleet, the Knowledge Fabric, on its own infrastructure. The credit union keeps what matters most: the judgment on every gate, the kill-switch, the audit trail, and ownership of its data and member relationships. Managed does not mean handing over control; the governance model is the same in every deployment mode.
How member data is handled
Member data passes through but is never persisted in the managed environment: encrypted in transit, used for the task, and discarded after processing. No member data sits at rest in a model's context or a shared store. What remains is the audit record, with member identifiers hashed.
Why managed-first
Starting managed lets a credit union see the platform working on its real processes before taking on any operational burden. As isolation requirements grow, the same platform moves toward your cloud or self-hosting without a rebuild.
