Agent Relay Chat (Arc)
The mobile and web client for talking to Runners, with realtime voice and encryption.
Arc (Agent Relay Chat) is the mobile and web client for talking to Runners directly: a full chat surface with realtime voice and end-to-end encryption. It is the conversational way in, for the moments when you want to ask a Runner something, hand it a task, or talk through a case rather than work it in a Runline's app.
What it is for
Not every interaction belongs in a structured Workstream. Arc is where a person reaches a Runner in the flow of the day: a BSA analyst asking why an alert was escalated, a lender pulling context on a file, an executive checking where something stands. The Runner answers with cited context from the Knowledge Fabric, and anything consequential still routes through the same gates and audit as the rest of the platform.
Secure by default
Arc is end-to-end encrypted and authenticates through Identity, so a conversation with a Runner carries the same scoped access and the same audit trail as any other agent action. Talking to a Runner is not a side channel around governance; it runs on the same Grid.
Arc and the Tower
Arc is the conversation; the Tower is the command surface. You talk to a Runner in Arc; you watch and direct the whole fleet from the Tower.
